The story started when a group of entrepreneurs decided to build a recruitment system with focus on blue collars. A series of meetings then took place between HDBC team and them to work on the idea and discuss all of the aspects related to it.
Our team started to implement an online system for matching blue collars with the available vacancies in companies and factories. Many features were discussed and reshaped after a series of iterations. After 9 months of hard work and high cooperation, we are proud to announce the launch of arza2.com
